Product Overview
A Clean Booth is a modular localized cleanroom: ceiling-mounted FFUs with HEPA H13/H14 filters deliver vertical laminar flow, establishing ISO Class 5-7 cleanliness inside existing facilities with no major renovation. Soft-wall or hard-wall, aluminum or SUS304 frames, standard modules from 1200×1200 mm with full size customization — for electronics assembly, medical device inspection, pharmaceutical compounding and optical machining.
