2. Frame Material: four mainstream + special

The frame dictates what environment the filter can live in. Wrong frame ruins even the best media.

Media determines the smallest particle you can catch. From G1 stopping pollen to U17 catching 0.1 μm molecules — every step is customizable.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity for custom filters?
It depends on specifications and frame material. Standard size changes (same frame and media) typically have no minimum order quantity. Special sizes, special frame materials, or special media are recommended at a minimum of 10 pieces to amortize tooling costs. For urgent needs, please inquire about the possibility of resizing from stock.
What is the lead time for custom filters?
General custom filter lead time is 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and specifications. Orders requiring imported special media take approximately 4–6 weeks. For bulk orders or rush items, early production scheduling is possible — inquiring and ordering 1 month in advance is recommended to secure the delivery date.
What information is needed to place a custom order?
Please provide: 1) Full dimensions (W×H×D including frame), 2) Efficiency grade or media specification, 3) Frame material and sealing type, 4) Rated airflow, 5) Installation method and on-site duct drawings, 6) Operating environment (temperature, humidity, chemical exposure), 7) Required quantity.
Do custom filters include test reports?
Standard custom HEPA/ULPA filters include individual DOP/PAO scan test reports. Medium-efficiency filters can include factory inspection reports or third-party certification upon request. Additional testing (MPPS scan, particle count, outgassing test) can be arranged as agreed.
