제품 개요

합금 게터(Getter)가 고온에서 작동하는 소유량 정제기입니다. 표면 흡착에만 기대는 상온형과 비교하면, 가열형은 합금 전체의 체적 용량을 활용할 수 있어 제거 효율이 더 좋고 상온형이 다루기 어려운 CH₄와 N₂도 제거할 수 있습니다. 유량은 0.2~150 LPM이며 캐비닛형과 벽걸이형 두 가지를 제공합니다.

How It Differs from Ambient POU

Ambient POU purifiers rely mainly on catalytic adsorption, which acts only at the *surface* of the adsorbent. The heated type operates a getter alloy at elevated temperature, engaging the entire volume of the alloy. For the same size, this yields higher removal efficiency and longer service life — and it removes CH₄ and N₂, which ambient units cannot.
