고압 POU 가스 정제기

제품 개요

POU 관형 정제기의 고압형으로, 최대 사용 압력은 18 MPa(HP)와 24 MPa(SP)입니다. 고압 실린더 공급, 고압 공정, 감압 전에 먼저 정제해야 하는 경우에 적합하며 출구 순도는 마찬가지로 ppb급에 이릅니다.

Where It Applies

Standard POU purifiers are typically rated around 1.73 MPa, which rules them out for direct high-pressure cylinder supply, high-pressure carrier gas, or processes that require purification ahead of the pressure regulator. The high-pressure version uses a thickened body and high-pressure-rated fittings to raise the working pressure to 18 MPa (HP) or 24 MPa (SP).
