제품 개요

대유량 가스 정제에 쓰는 상온형 설비로, 가열과 재생 제어가 필요 없어 구조가 단순하고 투자 비용이 낮습니다. 현장 임시 공급이나 예비기 용도에 적합합니다. 유량은 100~5000 Nm³/h이며 단일 탑 공급(SC)과 하나는 가동하고 하나는 대기하는 2탑 공급(DC) 두 가지 구성을 제공합니다.

상세 설명

Positioning

BSS14 is the simplest of the large-flow purifiers: ambient adsorption, no heating stage, no automatic regeneration control logic. Dropping those brings capital and installation cost down noticeably; the trade-off is that once the adsorbent saturates the unit must be taken offline rather than switching over automatically. Its typical uses therefore are temporary on-site supply and standby duty — covering for the main purification system during a turnaround, supplying gas during new-plant commissioning, or meeting a short-term increase in demand on one production line.

Two Purification Media

・BSS14-D: removes H₂O and CO₂ from the gas, purification quality < 1 ppb ・BSS14-M: removes H₂O, O₂, H₂, CO, CO₂ and NMHC, purification quality < 1 ppb

Two Supply Configurations

・Single vessel (SC): a single adsorption vessel, the most compact arrangement, for applications where downtime for replacement can be scheduled ・Duty-standby dual vessel (DC): two vessels, one in duty and one on standby; once the duty vessel saturates, supply is switched manually to the standby vessel without interruption

Regeneration

Once saturated, the unit can be returned to the factory for regeneration, or service personnel can be scheduled to regenerate it on site.
