제품 개요

최대 사용 압력이 240 Bar(24 MPa)에 이르는 고압 정제기로, 흡착 자동 재생형과 게터(Getter)형 두 종류를 아우릅니다. 적용 가스는 N₂, H₂와 Ar, He, Kr, Ne, Xe 같은 희유가스를 포함하고 유량은 10~100 Nm³/h이며 무인 자동 운전이 가능합니다.

Two Process Routes

Automatic regenerative adsorption (BSS8-H, BSS5-A-H)

Uses adsorption beds packed with custom media, alternating between purification and regeneration modes for 24-hour uninterrupted supply. Regeneration is achieved by heating and purging with a mixture of purified gas and hydrogen — ambient-temperature purification, high-temperature regeneration. Maximum working pressure reaches 240 Bar.

Getter type (BSS5-G-H, BSS9-G-H, BSS7-G-H)

Uses getter beds packed with custom media operating at high temperature, removing impurities through an irreversible chemical reaction. High-temperature purification without regeneration; maximum working pressure likewise reaches 240 Bar.

Selection Guidance

Need continuous supply and can accept a regeneration cycle → choose the automatic regenerative adsorption type. Need deeper impurity removal (including N₂ and THC) and can accept periodic getter replacement → choose the getter type.
