BGMC is a low-boron separator-type HEPA filter with 99.97% efficiency @ 0.3 μm. Low-boron glass-fiber media (<10 ppm B release) addresses semiconductor high-airflow terminal filtration where boron AMC is a concern. BGMC is the low-boron version of ATMC, for boron-AMC-sensitive zones in semiconductor fabs. Higher airflow than BGML (mini-pleats) — ideal for large AHUs and high-flow FFUs.
