PureChemix G ACGM/ACGL Recirculation Air Activated Carbon Filter
Product Overview
ACGM/ACGL is a granular activated-carbon chemical filter, ~90% efficiency. ACGL (mini-pleats) has ultra-low PD (15-40 Pa) for recirculated air; ACGM (separator type) offers high airflow for large chemical-filtration duties. Targets alkaline gases (NH3) and organic VOCs.

Detailed Description
The PureChemix G range uses activated carbon as the primary absorbent, targeting the alkaline AMCs (NH3) and organic contaminants that matter most in semiconductor fabs. ACGL mini-pleats plugs directly into FFU slots; ACGM separator handles high-flow duty.
