제품 개요
클린룸 카트에서 관건은 적재 하중이 아니라 분진을 내지 않는 것입니다. 바퀴 조립체가 가장 큰 발진원입니다. 일반 캐스터는 베어링 마모와 플라스틱 바퀴면이 바닥을 긁으면서 입자를 만들어 내므로, 청정 구역에서는 전용 저발진 바퀴를 쓰고 바닥재에 맞춰 바퀴면 경도를 골라야 합니다.
싣는 물건에 따라 평판형, 테두리형, 방진형, 박스형 등으로 나뉩니다. 웨이퍼 카세트, 포토마스크 박스, 실리콘 잉곳처럼 값비싸고 깨지기 쉬운 물건에는 단순히 쌓아 두지 않고 물건을 붙들어 고정하는 전용 구조가 따로 있습니다.
