올스틸 실험대는 캐비닛과 프레임이 모두 금속이고 목재 부품이 없어 습기로 부푸는 문제가 없으며, 실험실의 일상적인 청소와 소독도 더 잘 견딥니다. 캐비닛은 두께 1.0, 1.2mm의 우수한 냉간압연 강판을 CNC 정밀 프레스로 재단하고 CNC로 절곡한 뒤 가스 보호 용접과 연마로 성형하며, 7단계 산세·인산염 공정으로 화학 방청 처리를 하고 표면은 고온 에폭시 정전 분체 도장으로 마감합니다.

Where all-steel costs more, and whether it is worth it

The price difference is mostly in the cabinets: steel has to be blanked, folded, welded, pickled, phosphated and coated, which is far more process than cutting and edge-banding board. Whether it pays depends on **ambient humidity and cleaning frequency**. In laboratories wiped down regularly with disinfectant, or where humidity is poorly controlled, board cabinets have a visibly shorter life than steel, and all-steel works out cheaper over time. Conversely, in a dry teaching laboratory cleaned infrequently, steel-wood offers better value and the budget is better spent on worktop material or ventilation. **The design standards GBJ17–88, GBJ18–87 and BDJ08–68–97 are national steel structure standards** used to verify the load design of the frame; they are not marketing language.
