실리콘 웨이퍼 에칭 세정기는 웨이퍼 표면의 산화물, 입자, 금속 이온을 제거하는 장비로 태양전지와 반도체 습식 공정의 핵심 설비 가운데 하나입니다. 전체가 PP 재질로 되어 있어 불산과 질산 환경을 그대로 마주합니다. 웨이퍼를 용액에 담근 채 이송하며 연마하는 설계라 물 위에 띄우거나 롤러로 액을 묻힐 필요가 없습니다. 그래서 에칭 라인 자국 문제가 없고 공정이 안정적이며 제어가 쉽고 파손율도 낮습니다.

Post-diffusion polishing and wet etching in one tool

Conventionally, post-diffusion polishing and wet etching are two machines and two process steps. This tool integrates both, requiring no additional equipment investment and adding no process step. The process avoids NaOH, HNO3 and H2SO4 in favour of a dedicated polishing solution, which lowers chemical consumption cost, reduces effluent contamination and cuts treatment cost with it. Rear-surface polishing stacks with mainstream technologies — SE, rear passivation (AL2O3), back contact, double printing and MWT — so compatibility is good and system integration or modularisation is straightforward.
