제품 개요

클린룸 안의 보관 캐비닛은 모순 하나를 풀어야 합니다. 물건을 넣을 수 있어야 하면서 스스로 오염원이 되어서는 안 된다는 것입니다. 일반 사무용 캐비닛의 절곡 모서리, 리벳 이음매, 도장 표면은 모두 분진이 쌓이는 지점이라 청정 구역에 쓰면 오히려 등급을 떨어뜨립니다. 스테인리스 보관 캐비닛은 전면 용접으로 만들고 용접선을 평평하게 연마하여 안팎에 오염이 숨을 틈이 없습니다. 문짝과 선반은 보관 물건에 맞춰 배치할 수 있습니다. 포토마스크, 세라믹 박스, 기물처럼 값비싸고 깨지기 쉬운 물건을 위한 칸막이와 완충 설계도 따로 있습니다.

What is stored decides how the cabinet is built

Photomasks and wafer carriers are vulnerable to vibration and impact, so the interior needs individual compartments and cushioning rather than plain shelves. Reagents and chemicals are at risk from cross-contamination and vapour, calling for better-sealing doors and, where needed, an extract connection. Glassware and tools are about retrieval speed, where viewing panes and shallow shelves beat deep enclosures. Combining all of those into one cabinet type produces something that serves none of them well. Decide the primary contents first and consolidate the rest afterwards.
