Product Overview
An air shower tunnel stretches the shower zone into a walkway with nozzles across both side walls, so people are showered as they walk through instead of stopping to wait. The standard module pitch is 1500mm and sections are linked to suit the required throughput.
The dual-blow arrangement places nozzles on both sides of the tunnel and covers the shift-change traffic of most electronics and pharmaceutical plants. Compared with a single cabin, the decisive advantage of a tunnel is that nobody stops — entrances do not back up at peak times.

Detailed Description
At what throughput a tunnel becomes necessary
The capacity of a single cabin is set by shower time plus door operation. At 20 seconds of shower and 5 seconds each way for entry and exit, roughly two people pass per minute. A shift of 300 people would take more than two hours simply to get in. A tunnel showers people while they walk, so capacity is governed by walking speed rather than shower time. The same 300 people can be through in a little over ten minutes. A workable threshold: once peak traffic at a single entrance exceeds about three people per minute, a tunnel deserves evaluation.
