다인용 에어샤워 터널은 송풍 구역을 통로 형태로 늘여 양쪽 벽면에 노즐을 촘촘히 배치한 것으로, 인원이 걸어가면서 송풍을 받으므로 멈춰 서서 기다릴 필요가 없습니다. 표준 모듈 피치는 1500mm이며 필요한 통행량에 맞춰 마디 수를 이어 붙입니다. 양측 송풍형은 노즐이 통로 양쪽에 배치되어 대부분의 전자 공장과 제약 공장의 교대 통행 요구에 알맞습니다. 단칸 에어샤워와 비교했을 때 터널형의 핵심 장점은 멈춰 기다리지 않는다는 점이며, 피크 시간대에 입구가 막히지 않습니다.

At what throughput a tunnel becomes necessary

The capacity of a single cabin is set by shower time plus door operation. At 20 seconds of shower and 5 seconds each way for entry and exit, roughly two people pass per minute. A shift of 300 people would take more than two hours simply to get in. A tunnel showers people while they walk, so capacity is governed by walking speed rather than shower time. The same 300 people can be through in a little over ten minutes. A workable threshold: **once peak traffic at a single entrance exceeds about three people per minute, a tunnel deserves evaluation**. Below that, a single cabin gives better value.
