제품 개요

가스 실린더 고정대는 실린더를 벽면이나 설비 옆에 고정하여 지진, 충돌, 접촉 사고로 넘어지는 것을 막습니다. 법규와 보험 감사에서 모두 확인하는 항목이며 가스 공급 구역의 가장 기본적인 안전 설비입니다. 바닥판은 3mm 스테인리스 패널식이고 골격은 50×50 스테인리스 각관을 용접해 성형하며 6mm 스테인리스 체인식 고정 링을 갖췄습니다. 강판 고정대는 2mm 재질 판을 절곡해 제작합니다.

Set the restraint ring on the upper third of the cylinder

The height of the restraint ring determines how well it works. Fitted too low, the upper part of the cylinder still swings freely, and in an earthquake the fixing point becomes a pivot that accelerates the fall. The correct position is the upper third of the body, above the centre of gravity. A single ring is the bare minimum; in high-seismic areas or with high-value gases, fit one high and one low. Also confirm **that the rack itself is anchored to the structure**. A rack simply standing against a wall without expansion bolts merely ties several cylinders into one heavier group that falls together.
