PP 실험대는 미량 분석, 의약, 생물, 반도체, 식품, 화공 실험실에 사용합니다. 이런 현장의 공통점은 약품의 부식성이 높거나 금속 이온 오염에 극도로 민감하다는 점입니다. 캐비닛은 강산·강알칼리에 견디고 충격에 강한 자기 백색 PP 폴리프로필렌 판(완제품 수입)으로 제작하며, 같은 재질의 PP 용접봉으로 용접해 일체로 성형하므로 반영구적으로 쓸 수 있습니다. 경첩과 손잡이도 강산·강알칼리에 견디는 같은 재질을 써서 재질이 완벽하게 통일되어 있습니다.

Why trace analysis needs a PP bench

Trace analysis measures concentrations at parts per billion or even parts per trillion. At that level the material of the bench itself becomes an interference source. A metal top in an acid-mist environment continuously releases trace metal ions, and those landing on a sample or on glassware are enough to skew the result. Wooden and laminate tops adsorb organics and release them slowly. PP is chemically inert, releases no metal ions and does not adsorb at the surface, which makes it the rational choice for this work. **The trade-off is a lower temperature limit**, so areas needing hot work require ceramic or epoxy resin tops instead.
