PP Corrosion-Resistant Equipment
PP Manual Cleaning Machine
Product Overview
A single-station manual cleaning machine handles the acid cleaning of graphite boats, quartz tubes, wafers and similar parts. Tanks are welded in PP and can be made to the depth and length the workpiece requires, with heating, soaking and multi-tank arrangements available.
The value of manual operation is flexibility: for small batches, mixed part types and frequently changing cleaning conditions, the changeover cost of automated equipment exceeds the labour it saves. Semi-automatic and fully automatic versions, and single or double door configurations, are available on request.

Detailed Description
Working out throughput so the purchase is right
Throughput is not the reciprocal of the cycle time. A graphite boat cycle runs 4 to 12 hours, loading and unloading takes another 3, and 2 lines run in parallel — only all three numbers together give the real figure of 16 to 30 pieces a day. **The most common purchasing error is looking only at cycle time** and ignoring handling time and the number of parallel lines. The result is equipment that delivers half the expected output because manual loading has become the bottleneck. Quartz tubes behave differently: a 10-minute cycle with 5 minutes of handling means the 12 pieces per hour are governed almost entirely by loading speed. There the answer is more labour or automation, not a faster tank.Selection References
