Product Overview
A serpentine air shower tunnel folds the walkway into an S-shaped path, obtaining a long shower run within a limited floor area. Total developed length reaches 6000mm and above, with turn sections at a pitch of about 1400mm.
Beyond saving floor space, the turns do useful work: people have to change direction, so the body naturally presents different faces to the side jets in turn, covering front, sides and back without relying on anyone remembering to turn around.

Detailed Description
Turning improves coverage
A straight tunnel has a practical problem: people walk in one direction, so the angle between the body and the side nozzles stays fixed. Covering the whole body usually depends on signage asking people to turn around inside the tunnel — and compliance with that is generally poor. A serpentine route forces a change of orientation at every corner. Within the same run the body naturally presents different angles to the nozzles, so coverage does not depend on cooperation. The other practical benefit is that **run length is decoupled from floor length**. Where a six-metre shower run is wanted but only two metres of length are available, a straight tunnel cannot do it; folding it three times can.Selection References
