제품 개요

바닥 설치형 PP 흄후드는 아래쪽 수납 캐비닛을 없애 조작 공간이 상판에서 바닥까지 이어지게 한 것입니다. 큰 기물을 다루거나 탱크를 놓아야 하거나 바닥에서 배관을 연결해야 하는 공정에 씁니다. 하부 캐비닛이 없으므로 설비 본체의 무게 중심과 지지를 모두 PP 골격이 감당합니다. 그래서 골격 두께와 조절 발의 배치가 일반 탁상형 흄후드보다 더 중요합니다.

When a floor-standing unit is needed

**Room for large items**: quartz boats, large carriers, drums and tanks will not sit on a worktop, and only a floor-standing unit gives the vertical space. **Services from floor level**: where acid supply, drainage and nitrogen lines run in the floor, a floor-standing hood avoids routing around a base cabinet. **Washing and drainage**: a floor-level design lets rinse effluent go straight to a floor drain, without a collection tray under the worktop. The trade-off is losing the storage the base cabinet would have given. Reagents and spares need a home planned elsewhere — an easy thing to overlook until the equipment arrives and there is nowhere to put the bottles.
