DS is Nippon Muki’s classic non-woven pre-filter, available in four efficiency grades (57%, 72%, 76%, 82%). Disposable design with ultra-low pressure drop (as low as 29 Pa) — the first-stage dust catcher for virtually any HVAC system. Detailed Description

Dusclean DS is the standard first-stage filter for virtually every Nippon Muki HEPA/ULPA system. Select the efficiency grade based on site dust conditions: 57% for typical HVAC, 82% for heavily polluted industrial intakes.

Selection Notes

- Light dust loading → DS-150 (57%). - General building HVAC → DS-300 (72%). - Heavy loading → DS-400 (76%) / DS-600 (82%). - Greater depth = slightly higher PD but higher dust-holding capacity.
