ATMMC (120°C HT version) is a heat-resistant ULPA filter rated for continuous 120°C (peak 180°C × 1h), with 99.9995% efficiency @ 0.1-0.15 μm. Used in pharmaceutical depyrogenation tunnels where ULPA-grade filtration is required at elevated temperature.
