PTFE(테프론) HEPA, ULPA
제품 개요
테프론(PTFE)은 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(Polytetrafluoroethene)이라고도 하며 압력손실이 낮고 효율이 높은 것이 특징입니다. 발수 성능도 함께 갖추고 있고 내산성, 내알칼리성, 내유기물성이 뛰어나며 불순물 배기의 방출량(칼륨, 붕소, 규소 등)을 줄일 수 있습니다.
제품 특성
► High dust collection efficiency: up to 99.99999% or higher (0.1~0.2um particles, 5.3cm/s).
► Low pressure drop: 1/2 to 1/3 that of glass fiber media.
► Resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
► Excellent moisture resistance.
► No release of boron, phosphorus, or similar substances, which is critical for process stability.
