Detailed Description
## Service Overview
Baisheng Tech provides one-stop "full-range filter replacement + waste disposal + installation validation" services for cleanrooms, industrial facilities, medical institutions, and commercial HVAC systems. From replacement planning, on-site construction, old filter packaging and removal, new filter installation to completion validation — all handled by Baisheng's technical team. Customers need not coordinate multiple contractors; a single point of contact completes entire-facility filter replacement operations.
## Service Scope
- **Pre-filters**: Synthetic fiber, non-woven, bag filters, washable metal mesh
- **Medium filters**: F5~F9 bag filters, V-Bank, paper-frame pleated medium filters
- **HEPA / ULPA**: H13 ~ U16, FFU filters, laminar flow hood filters, BSC / Isolator filters
- **Chemical filters**: Activated carbon honeycomb, packed, V-Type, CPZ filters, lithography PCDA
- **High-temperature filters**: 80°C ~ 500°C various grades of high-temperature HEPA
- **Special filters**: Bag-In/Bag-Out, nuclear, BIBO filters containing radioactive materials
## Standard Construction Procedure
1. **Pre-survey**: Confirm filter model, quantity, specifications, installation location and shutdown windows; produce replacement construction plan
2. **Material preparation and scheduling**: Prepare new filters per customer brand/grade requirements, arrange technicians and waste removal vehicles
3. **Shutdown and zone control**: Coordinate with customer shutdown SOP, set up warning zones, lay dust-proof walkways, activate local exhaust
4. **Old filter removal**: Technicians don cleanroom suits and respiratory protection, remove filters piece by piece and immediately seal in double-layer PE bags on-site
5. **Frame cleaning**: Clean filter frame slots, pressure strips, and sealing surfaces with clean wipes + IPA to ensure new filter seal
6. **New filter installation**: Install per arrow direction, standardize pressure strip tightening torque, firmly press sealing strips
7. **Airflow / pressure balancing**: Measure discharge face velocity, return air pressure differential, adjust to rated values
8. **PAO leak test validation**: Perform PAO Scan on HEPA/ULPA grade, confirm penetration ≤ 0.01%
9. **Cleanliness retest**: Retest ISO Class level with particle counter when necessary
10. **Waste removal**: Old filters removed by certified contractor, waste manifest issued
11. **Completion delivery**: Deliver replacement record form, waste manifest, validation report, certification label, photo records
## Safety and Protection
- **Personal protection**: Technicians wear disposable cleanroom suits, dust caps, shoe covers, nitrile gloves, P100-grade respirator masks throughout
- **Chemical filter removal**: Additional organic vapor cartridges, chemical protection gloves, full-face masks
- **Radioactive / biohazard filters**: Use Bag-In/Bag-Out contamination-free replacement method — filters never contact the environment
- **Local exhaust**: Mobile HEPA negative pressure units set up in work zones to prevent dust escape
- **Dust isolation**: PE sheeting + tape construction curtains establish isolation from adjacent areas when necessary
## Waste Removal and Compliance
| Filter Category | Waste Code | Disposal Method |
|---|---|---|
| General pre/medium filters | D-0499 general industrial waste | Certified contractor landfill or incineration |
| Activated carbon chemical filters | D-1002 / hazardous industrial waste | Reporting for reuse or professional incineration |
| HEPA/ULPA (semiconductor) | Classified by facility contamination nature | Processed per customer industrial waste flow |
| Biomedical/GMP filters | R-1201 infectious waste | Professional incineration, sterilization certificate provided |
| Radioactive filters | Per AEC regulations | Entrusted to certified processing institutions per law |
* All waste is provided with triplicate manifest traceability, which customers can retain as environmental audit documentation.
## Validation and Delivery Documents
- **Replacement record form**: Each filter's model, serial number, location, pressure differential before and after replacement
- **Airflow balance report**: Velocity measurement data and adjustment results for each discharge outlet
- **PAO leak test report** (HEPA/ULPA): Including scan trajectory and pass determination
- **Cleanliness retest report** (when necessary): Particle concentration measurement per ISO 14644-1
- **Waste disposal manifest**: Triplicate copy + waste vehicle factory exit certificate
- **Construction photo records**: Photos of removal, installation, cleaning, validation throughout the process
- **Certification label**: Each new filter labeled with replacement date and next recommended replacement date
## Replacement Cycle Recommendations
| Filter Type | Recommended Replacement Cycle | Determination Criteria |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-filter | 1 ~ 3 months | Pressure differential reaches 2x initial / visible soiling |
| Medium filter | 6 ~ 12 months | Pressure differential reaches 1.5 ~ 2x initial |
| HEPA (H13/H14) | 3 ~ 5 years | Final pressure differential / PAO leak test failure |
| ULPA (U15/U16) | 5 ~ 8 years | Final pressure differential / leak test failure |
| Activated carbon chemical filter | 6 ~ 24 months | Breakthrough detection / odor breakthrough |
| High-temperature HEPA | 1 ~ 3 years | Pressure differential / high-temperature degradation inspection |
* Actual replacement cycles depend on on-site load, contamination source type, and operating hours. Regular pressure differential monitoring and annual PAO leak testing are recommended.
