《All-Aluminum Air Filter》
The most economical and effective solution for industrial air ventilation equipment. The media is made of seven layers of expanded aluminum mesh, providing very good dust-collection capability and efficiency.
《All-Stainless-Steel Air Filter》
Features low pressure drop and high dust-collection performance, and is suitable for industrial use. The media is made of multiple layers of crisscross corrugated stainless-steel mesh, reinforced with cross steel bars on both sides to increase rigidity.
Detailed Description
All-Aluminum Air Filter:
Made of a 100% aluminum frame and multiple layers of punched and expanded corrugated aluminum mesh in a crisscross arrangement.
Reinforced with crisscross steel bars on both sides. Standard aluminum frame thickness is 0.6mm.
1" models contain 3 layers of aluminum mesh, 2" models contain 7 layers.
Frame thickness can also be changed to 1.0mm or 1.2mm per customer request, and the number of aluminum mesh layers can be adjusted.
Custom-made products are also accepted.
All-Stainless-Steel Air Filter:
Made of a 100% stainless steel frame and multiple layers of corrugated stainless-steel woven mesh in a crisscross arrangement.
Reinforced with crisscross steel bars on both sides. Standard size uses SUS304 sheet with a thickness of 0.5mm.
1" models contain 3 layers of mesh, 2" models contain 7 layers.
Can be changed to diamond mesh or a unique honeycomb arrangement depending on efficiency requirements, to meet special needs.
Custom-made products are also accepted.
