Product Overview
The synthetic fiber nonwoven is made of 100% Polyester fibers, heat-bonded to form an irregularly interlocked web, providing a high dust-collection effect with strong bonding and resistance to tearing.
Features & Specifications
Efficiency: Measured according to ASHRAE 52.1-1992 standard, gravimetric efficiency is greater than 65%.
Media: Fiber media composed of polyester, nylon, and acetate fibers, formed into a fiber web by multi-directional needle-punching so that the fiber intersections are fully bonded, achieving high dust-collection performance.
Specifications: Provided in cut-to-size or roll form per customer requirements. Roll width is customizable from 1M to 2M; length varies slightly depending on thickness — generally customizable.
