Product Overview
PTFE (Teflon), also known as Polytetrafluoroethene, offers low pressure drop and high efficiency, along with water-repellent properties, as well as resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic substances, reducing the release of impurity off-gases (such as potassium, boron, silicon, etc.).
Features & Specifications
► High dust collection efficiency: up to 99.99999% or higher (0.1~0.2um particles, 5.3cm/s).
► Low pressure drop: 1/2 to 1/3 that of glass fiber media.
► Resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
► Excellent moisture resistance.
► No release of boron, phosphorus, or similar substances, which is critical for process stability.
