Procedure:
Remove the maintenance door of the filter housing.
Loosen the filter-clamping knobs on the right side of the maintenance door, in two upper/lower sets (counterclockwise).
Pull out the PVC bag and, using the two rear sleeves of the PVC bag, reach in and pull out the filter-release lever at the bottom of the filter. The filter will be released. Use the two rear sleeves of the PVC bag to remove the filter from the housing and move it to the rear of the PVC bag.
Then, at approximately 30 cm above the front sleeves of the PVC bag, twist tight, seal, and cut the PVC bag (both sides must be sealed).
Loosen and remove the PVC clamping strap on the flange frame, then shift the PVC bag opening from the second raised ring on the flange frame to the first raised ring. Load the new filter into a new PVC bag, slip the new bag opening onto the second raised ring of the flange frame, and secure with the PVC clamping strap.
Using the small sleeve at the front of the new PVC bag, pull the old PVC bag opening from the flange into the small sleeve and twist tight to seal. Cut off the small sleeve, then use the two rear sleeves of the PVC bag to install the filter into the housing.
Tighten the filter-clamping knobs, in two upper/lower sets (clockwise).
Finally, fold up the PVC bag, reinstall the maintenance door, and tighten the knobs to complete the installation.
