Fire-retardant foam, also known as flame-retardant foam, fireproof cotton or flame-retardant cotton, is generally a fire-retardant material synthesized from various polyurethanes with added flame retardants.

Fire-retardant filter media features:
Robust fibers that can be cleaned repeatedly.
Highly flame-retardant, heat-resistant up to 80°C.
Fire-retardant, excellent chemical resistance, acid/alkali resistant, no fiber shedding.
Low differential pressure, long service life.
Provides thermal insulation, sound absorption, vibration dampening, flame resistance, antistatic properties and breathability.
