Product Overview
This high-temperature filter media series is designed to filter tar, soot and dust particles generated in high-temperature ovens, preventing damage to the paint quality on product surfaces and avoiding coating defects.
Features & Specifications
The media is made from special organic synthetic fiber with excellent heat resistance.
Free from fiber breakage or shedding associated with glass fiber media; can be fabricated into MPH panel filters.
Meets the highest rating (Class 3) of the Japan Air Cleaning Association standard JACA No. 11A-2003 combustion test.
Suitable for primary (coarse) dust filtration in hot-air high-temperature ovens/baking furnaces.

Model overview:
GPAD-180C is suitable for high-precision clean ovens and laser equipment. Its glass fiber offers a low outgassing rate and does not degrade at high temperatures.
GPAD-240C is suitable for use at 180°C–240°C high temperatures. Synthetic fiber releases particles when heated, making it suitable for automotive paint shops.
