Bag Filter
Product Overview
The bag-type design allows each pocket to fully inflate while maintaining proper spacing from adjacent pockets. Sewn seams are coated with a special sealant to prevent air leakage and media damage, allowing clean air to pass freely from front to rear.
Features & Specifications
Efficiency: tested per ASHRAE 52.1-1992, colorimetric efficiency 40–45% (brown) MERV9, 60–65% (orange) MERV11, 80–85% (pink) MERV13, 90–95% (light yellow) MERV14.
Media: multilayer synthetic fibers, with synthetic fiber laminated on non-woven fabric to reinforce the filtration layer; durable and non-shedding.
Frame: primarily galvanized steel, with stainless steel or aluminum frames available on request. Frame thickness 20mm.
Temperature resistance: 50°C

Bag-type medium-efficiency filter features:
Applicable to central HVAC ventilation systems, industrial/commercial facilities, hospitals, schools, office buildings and various factory HVAC equipment, gas turbine inlets and computer rooms.
Suitable as a medium-efficiency filter in cleanroom or high-grade air filtration systems.
Can serve as a pre-filter for HEPA filters to extend the life of HEPA filters and equipment.
Custom bag-filter sizes available on request.
